TERMS & CONDITIONS (effective from 1st July, 2011)
(1) Anatomy Trains & Body Reading Workshop is pre-requisite to Soft Tissue MasterClass: Pelvis & Hip
(1a) Anatomy Trains Workshop may have been completed either in Australia or another country. It must have resulted in being awarded a Certificate of Completion issued under the auspices of Kinesis Inc.
(2) Promo Price includes, Early Bird, Student Rates, Refresher Rates, and Concession Rates. The Promo Price is available until midnight on 15th October, 2011.
(2a) Group discounts are available for groups of six (6) or more, where payment and invoice are issued and administered through a single entity or business.
(2b) Group discounts remain adherent to the same terms and conditions for each and every participant who Withdraws Registration.
(2c) Where one or more participants in a Group Registration withdraws, and this results in the Group Registration no longer meeting the Group Registration terms and conditions, the Group Discount will no longer apply. The difference between the Group Discount rate and the current Retail Price of the course will become payable.
(3) Easy-Pay enables you to pay via 3 instalments. The first instalment is paid with your Registration. The second is paid 30 days after this, and the 3rd and final instalment is paid a further 30 days after this. Ie., 3 instalments, are paid over 3 months. To qualify for Easy-Pay, the first installment must be received before the 15th September, 2011
(4) Registrations must be accompanied by either full payment or first instalment of Easy-Pay.
(5) Withdrawn registrations are subject to $97 administration fee, prior to 15th October, 2011
(5a) Withdrawn registrations are subject to $297 cancellation fee, if between 16th October, 2011 and 3oth November, 2011
(5b) Withdrawn registrations are subject to forfeiture of monies paid, if cancelled after 3oth November, 2011
(6) Due to the unprecedented high demand on placements in these workshops, we are unable to hold places for people without monetary security.
(6a) in8 Health Pty Ltd or it’s employees can not be held liable if you have submitted a Pre-Registration, but have not put finalised your Registration by either paying in full, or making the first payment of the Easy-Pay scheme. Monetary security ensures your place on the course/s.
(6b) Ensure that you have received a Tax Invoice and Confirmation Email confirming your place in the selected course/s, prior to making travel, accommodation, and/or arrangements to be away from your clinical practice.
(7) Waiting Lists will be been generated when courses reach capacity. People are invited to join the Waiting Lists. Those people on Waiting Lists are not guaranteed placement on the courses.
